Subscription Terms

KultureMAG Magazines are intended for classroom and at home use, in both onsite and remote learning settings. 

  • Subscriptions for the full 2020–21 school year begin with digital access in September 2020 and (if applicable) print magazines in September 2020.  Digital access for the second issue will begin February 2021 and (if applicable) print magazines February/March 2021.

  • We do not keep credit card information on file. All orders placed by schools will not be subject to sales tax.

  • Print with Digital orders include student copies, desk copy, and Teacher’s Guide with every issue.

  • YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO DISTRIBUTE ONLINE ACCESS ONLY TO THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS FOR WHOM YOU HAVE PURCHASED SUBSCRIPTIONS. You are not permitted to share passwords and access codes with non-subscribers. Print with Digital Subscription orders delivered in the U.S. are subject to a 10% shipping and handling fee. Please email info@KultureMAG.com for large volume discounts

  • The only materials you are authorized to print and reproduce are teaching resources, such as printable skill sheets, activity sheets, quizzes, articles, Teacher's Guides, Lesson Plans, Permission Slips, Contest Entry Forms, and Reading Skills Practice Tests for your classroom use ONLY.

Access to KultureMAG (the “Service”) is sold on a subscription model (“Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are accessed by paying a one-time, full-year subscription fee.

SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE TERMINATED BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND KultureMEDIA WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID.

  1. Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions to the Service will not renew automatically. If you purchase a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to use the payment information on file for a one time fee. 

  2. Cancellations. No cancellations

  3. No refunds. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for cancellation.

  4. Pricing. KultureMEDIA may change the price for the Subscriptions, from time to time, by posting the new price on the Service. Price changes for Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change
